Epler's Bed & Breakfast Policies

Our family welcomes you to Elpler's Bed and Breakfast, located in New Albany, PA, Bradford County.

Arrival Time

The Bed and Breakfast area is set up that you come and go as you please. We prefer that quests check in between 4-8pm on the day of their reservations. If you will be arriving late please arrange it with us prior to arrival date.

Departure Time: 11am

Breakfast: Breakfast will be served at 8:30am unless you request differently.

For the comfort of all guests, Epler's Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is limited to outdoors only.

We are unable to accommidate guests pets, no matter how friendly they may be.

Gift Certificates may be purchased for a dollar amount. Once purchased, the gift certificate may only be used at Epler's Bed and Breakfast and may not be redeemed for cash.

Reservations:
To avoid disappointment advanced reservations are required. A deposit of the first nights stay is required or your reservation will be cancelled. ( Holidays / Special events require 100% deposit )

Lodging reservations made within 10 days of stay will be charged at time of stay.

Payment:
Balance is due at time of reservation. Check or Cash is prefered.

Cancellations:
Due to the limited number of guest rooms all cancellations of confirmed reservations need to be made 10 days prior to your arrival or a full refund can not be made. ( Holidays / Special Events) require a 30 day cancellation notice.)

Guests are responcible for all nights reserved reguardless of actual arrival and departure dates.

Visits shortened after arrival will be chargedfor total number of nights reserved.

No shows forfeit deposit and will be charged for total number of days reserved.
